Customer Care

Kotarides Builders strives to provide exceptional customer care to our Home Buyers. Satisfied customers throughout Hampton Roads is testament to this commitment.

Along with the Kotarides Limited Warranty each home also carries a 10-year structural warranty through HW-10. This 10-year policy is fully transferable with any resale. With any new home, ongoing maintainance is necessary and is the homeowner's responsibility.

Through our customer care program, Kotarides Homes will assist you in understanding how you can take care of your home to avoid problems.

To assure timely response and proper record keeping, on site sales and construction personnel will not accept service requests. We will contact you to set an inspection appointment. Service appointments are available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Thank you for your cooperation.

All warranty requests must be in writing. Please fax requests to 757-461-4433 or use the customer care form below. Our customer care coordinator will contact the appropriate individuals in order for the process to begin.
