Kotarides Property Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as an Apartment Turn Technician for our rapidly growing company. The Apartment Turn Technician position involves assisting in unit turnovers and minor maintenance tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance turnover on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy or any duties deemed necessary for the community
• Performs interior and exterior painting duties
• Assist with make ready duties and completes unit work orders when requested.
• Be available to report to work during any inclement weather event for property clean up and emergencies.
• Must be aware of the condition of physical property throughout the community
• Maintains a courteous and professional relationship with the residents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience in apartment or similar maintenance.
• Must possess a valid Driver's license.
