Kotarides Property Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist for our rapidly growing company. Kotarides takes pride in managing a portfolio of over 5,000 apartments with exceptional customer service. Kotarides Companies is involved every step of the way, from the planning and building to lifetime property management.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist will report directly to the Director of Technology. This position offers the opportunity to build mission-critical technology solutions that directly impact the way we do business using our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

The duties for this role are performed primarily in a corporate office setting. Unfortunately, this is not a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configure, build, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications as defined by business rules
• Create test cases and regularly performing regression testing to ensure applications conform to written specifications
• Support and troubleshoot issues through our help desk ticketing system
• Periodically review solutions to ensure compliance with business rules, security requirements, and best practices.
• Write and maintain software development lifecycle documentation and other technical documentation such as solution blueprints, requirements documentation, and design artifacts
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Collaboration, Case Management, and Power Platform application updates and regularly informing our stakeholders of relevant changes
• Keep up with current with industry trends
• Acquire and maintain relevant certifications
• Manage relationships with partnering vendors

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• At least three years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and experience) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 components including Sales, CRM, Field Service, Power Platform, and Power BI. Strong understanding of integration patterns with the Dynamic 365 ecosystem and additional Microsoft products such as Teams, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Comfortability addressing stakeholders, product owners, and other project team members
• The ability to assist and train end-users; Presentation skills also desirable
• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
