Several KPM properties walked away with awards from the Coastal Multifamily Housing Council banquet in July!

Park Place at City Center (Newport News, VA), led by property manager Shawn Galloway, won the Resident’s Choice Award 2023! This coveted award is determined by votes from residents.

Belmont at Providence (Virginia Beach, VA), led by property manager Christine Carney, received the Community of the Year Gold Award – and the Best Curb Appeal Platinum Award.

Clairmont at Jolliff Landing (Chesapeake, VA), led by property manager Alaina Wood, was awarded the Community of the Year Silver Award – and the Best Model Platinum Award.
