2025 Wrapped

That’s a wrap on 2025! As the year comes to a close, we want to express our gratitude for all of the effort that went into making 2025 a success. Check out a few highlights from this past year below:

* 92 new employees joined our team

* 638 new units are in progress (Greenville, NC + Chesapeake, VA)

* SOLD OUT at our 57-unit project at Mason Place (Chesapeake)

* Only 2 brand new townhomes remain at West Chase (RVA)

* Breck Grove Townhomes began selling and achieved 41 closings

* 2 new commercial developments are underway at Chesapeake Square + Little Creek

* 519 new 5-star reviews for KPM properties

* New initiatives launched for IT, HR & Marketing
