We are thrilled to announce 2023 marks 60 years in business for Kotarides. From the first lot in 1963, to the now 6,000+ homes and apartments (with more to come), we are so proud of all this team has accomplished. Alex and O. Pete Kotarides, founders of Kotarides Developers, Kotarides Builders, and KPM, created a family tradition of building homes, developing neighborhoods, and managing properties.
